I’m a man from manchester AE, born in 1983.
My favorite sports include: running swimming hiking team
My goals are: to achieve excelent level of fitness in prep for 3 marathons and trek to everest base camp in 2010.
My other favorite activities include: weight training.

running in the rain (for a change)
my first run after an acl rupture and i quite enjoyed it. im looking forward to getting back up to some serious distance again but i guess its baby steps for a while.
